She is in fifth grade in Nettuno. Since last February, every Friday after school — when she can’t join the Fridays for Future demonstrations in Rome — she collects plastic waste on the beach, which she considers her “small observatory” on pollution.
Alice opened the first Fridays for Future strike in Rome on March 15. She is now speaking out against the climate bullying she experienced at school.
