“I went into lockdown a couple days before it became compulsory in Paris, on March 14. I moved in with a friend so we wouldn’t be too lonely during this time. After a week, she lost her sense of smell and started feeling exhausted. The doctor told her she had caught the coronavirus. I suspected I would be next. We barely went outside as of that moment, and a couple of weeks later I started having a fever and a constant cough. I’m a journalist so I remained quite calm. I’m just a little stressed not to know for sure what I’ve had. I consulted with a doctor who told me it was coronavirus but I haven’t been tested. Other than that, I’m lucky and I have mostly gotten over it by resting. I hope to be able to do an antibody test soon”.
